Terms of Service
TK Travel Adventures
Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Welcome to TK Travel Adventures. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by TK Travel Adventures (“Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, making a payment, submitting a booking request, signing an authorization, or otherwise using our services, the Client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all travelers included in the booking.
1. Agency Role
TK Travel Adventures acts as a travel advisor and booking intermediary. We assist clients in arranging travel services through third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transfer companies, insurance providers, and other travel vendors.
We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, schedule changes, cancellations, service failures, pricing changes, or financial insolvency.
2. Client Responsibility
The Client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information for all travelers in the booking. This includes full legal names exactly as shown on passports or other travel documents, dates of birth, contact information, passport details, and any special requests or requirements.
The Client is also responsible for reviewing all invoices, confirmations, and travel documents for accuracy. Any errors should be reported immediately. Delays in reporting incorrect information may result in supplier-imposed fees or other charges, which will be the Client's responsibility.
3. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
The Client is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, health forms, consent forms, and any required entry approvals. Passport requirements vary by destination, and many countries require passports to remain valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date of travel.
TK Travel Adventures may provide general guidance, but the Client is responsible for confirming all current entry, transit, and return requirements before travel. Failure to obtain proper documents may result in denied boarding, denied entry, or loss of travel funds.
4. Payment Terms
All deposits, installment payments, and final balances must be paid by the deadlines shown in the invoice and/or supplier booking terms. If payment is not received on time, the reservation may be subject to cancellation, price increases, and/or forfeiture of deposits or other funds in accordance with supplier policies.
Prices are subject to change until paid in full unless otherwise confirmed in writing by the supplier. Additional costs such as taxes, fees, surcharges, gratuities, baggage fees, resort fees, and similar charges may be added by suppliers and are not always included in quoted pricing.
By providing payment information, the Client authorizes TK Travel Adventures to charge the designated credit card for any travel-related charges associated with the booking. These charges may include deposits, interim payments, final payments, and other amounts specifically approved by the Client.
This authorization may be provided in writing, electronically, or verbally, and remains valid until all authorized payments for the booking have been processed, unless revoked in writing before processing. All payments remain subject to supplier policies, cancellation terms, and refund rules.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travel arrangements. A trip is a significant investment, and travel insurance may help protect against losses due to cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, evacuation, baggage loss, travel delays, and other covered events.
If the Client declines travel insurance, the Client acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any financial loss or expense that may result from travel disruptions, including illness, weather, supplier changes, cancellations, or personal emergencies. TK Travel Adventures is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by insurance.
7. Supplier Policies
All bookings are subject to the rules, conditions, and cancellation policies of the applicable supplier. Some reservations may be nonrefundable, partially refundable, or subject to strict penalties.
The Client understands that supplier policies may differ from the policies of TK Travel Adventures. If a reservation is changed, canceled, interrupted, or otherwise not used as booked, fees or penalties may apply and will generally be the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. Changes and Revisions
Any changes requested after booking may be subject to supplier change fees, fare differences, administrative fees, and other applicable charges. Not all reservations can be modified. TK Travel Adventures will make reasonable efforts to assist with requested changes, but we cannot guarantee supplier approval or availability.
9. Health and Travel Risks
The Client acknowledges that travel may involve risks, including illness, injury, communicable diseases, weather events, government restrictions, transportation delays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
The Client is responsible for monitoring current travel advisories, health requirements, and destination rules before and during travel. TK Travel Adventures is not responsible for losses or disruptions caused by health-related events, public emergencies, or government actions.
10. Force Majeure
TK Travel Adventures shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, loss, damage, or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather events, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government action, supplier insolvency, or transportation interruptions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TK Travel Adventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from travel services, supplier performance, cancellations, delays, lost property, personal injury, illness, or death.
The Client understands that TK Travel Adventures acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for supplier acts, omissions, or failures.
12. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TK Travel Adventures, its owner, agents, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from the Client’s breach of these Terms, inaccurate information, failure to comply with supplier rules, or actions of any traveler included in the booking.
13. Disputes and Chargebacks
The Client agrees to contact TK Travel Adventures directly with any billing concerns before initiating a dispute or chargeback. The Client acknowledges that properly authorized charges, supplier penalties, cancellation fees, and nonrefundable deposits may not be eligible for reversal by your card issuer.
If a chargeback is initiated for an authorized charge or supplier-imposed fee, TK Travel Adventures reserves the right to provide documentation supporting the charge, including booking records, payment authorizations, invoices, and supplier terms. The Client remains responsible for lawful and properly assessed fees.
14. Electronic Communications
The Client agrees that electronic communications, including email, text messages, online forms, and digital confirmations, may be used to communicate booking information, approvals, disclosures, and updates.
The Client acknowledges that electronic acceptance, written confirmation, payment authorization, or submission of required forms may constitute agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
15. Privacy and Confidentiality
TK Travel Adventures collects and uses personal information only as reasonably necessary to arrange travel services, process payments, communicate booking details, and comply with supplier or legal requirements.
We take reasonable measures to protect sensitive information and share it only with relevant suppliers, service providers, or authorities when necessary to complete the booking or fulfill travel requirements.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida unless otherwise required by law.
17. Updates to Terms
TK Travel Adventures may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to that booking unless otherwise stated in writing.
18. Acceptance of Terms
By making a payment, submitting a booking request, signing an authorization, or otherwise using TK Travel Adventures’ services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions herein on behalf of themselves and all travelers included in the booking.
